I am looking for someone who I can sit down with and go over my investments and get an unbiased assessment on rather I’m doing the right things for my future. I’m not looking for free advice nor someone on the thread to tell me what I should be doing. I am just looking to be pointed in the right direction. Do I need to find a CPA? or is there other people more qualified? I live in a major city so shouldn’t be an issue finding someone in the field you recommend.
Here’s the gist. I currently use Edward Jones and my advisor has setup 2 accounts (one as an “regular investment account” and another as an IRA. Both are “Guided Solutions”. Between the 2, I am paying almost 200/month in fees. I just want someone to be able to look at my portfolios and tell me if the fees are worth it vs just investing in something like a vanguard 4 fund portfolio or other mutual or index funds.
